Instructions for abstract submission
- All abstracts shall be submitted and presented in English and should include:
• Introduction
• Aim
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion
For case reports the structure should be:
• Introduction
• Case description
• Discussion - Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations), the abstract has to be in plain text. Figures, graphs, images, diagrams and references cannot be included.
- Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise abbreviations must be defined in brackets after when first used in the text.
- A maximum of two abstracts may be submitted per person as the first and/or presenting author.
- Please take into account that if you submit more than one abstract as a presenting author and your abstracts are selected for presentation, there may be a time schedule conflict (presentations may overlap).
- Posters will be grouped by themes. Please ensure you select the Topic that is most appropriate for your poster.
- By submitting an abstract, you confirm that at least one author will register in full to attend and present the paper at the congress.
- Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of their abstract by e-mail by 20 July 2026.
- An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the presenting author's e-mail address. If you do not receive it within an hour, first please check your spam folder and then contact us at e-mail address info@on-line-form.eu.
- If changes to your submitted abstract are necessary, please contact us by the e-mail address above at any time before the deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more times.
Author's Registration
Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory for each accepted contribution. All confirmed contributions must be presented at the congress venue by the author in person.
If the presenting author has not registered and paid the registration fee by 7 August 2026, the presentation may be withdrawn from the programme.
Submitting your abstract does not mean you are registered for the congress.
